At Move With Leaps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an exchange if inventory is available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
